Who we are
Optima Platform is operated by Optima Online Solutions("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal information collected through optimaplatform.co.uk. You can contact us at contact@optimaplatform.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Enquiry forms: when you contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and your message, so we can respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Arranging calls: if we arrange a consultation call with you, we use the contact details from your enquiry to schedule and confirm it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Website analytics: we use a privacy-first, cookie-less analytics system built into this site. It records the page visited, the referring site and your device type. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and cannot identify you. A short-lived anonymised identifier is derived for daily visit counting and cannot be reversed or linked to you across days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage.
Cookies
The public website does not set cookies. Our admin area (used only by our team) sets authentication cookies necessary for staff login.
Who we share data with
We use trusted processors to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (secure database) and Postmark (email delivery for confirmations and replies). Each processes data only on our instructions. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, and reviewed periodically. Anonymous analytics data contains no personal information.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@optimaplatform.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
